Research Data Browser Unavailable For Use Tuesday April 14 from 6-8 PM April 13, 2015

The Research Data Browser will be unavailable for use tomorrow evening from 6-8 PM while maintenance work is performed to restore the data export feature to an operational state. We apologize for any inconvenience that this outage may cause for your research teams.

MyResearch Outage - RESOLVED April 06, 2015

To Our MyResearch Users –

The MyResearch environment experienced an outage from 7:30am – 9:10am Monday morning 4/6/2015.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this service outage may cause for your research teams.  An investigation is being performed to reduce any further risks.

MyResearch Storage Utilization Billing Charges delayed until July 2015 December 19, 2014

In a previous communication, we announced that MyResearch users would begin being charged for excess storage and back-up beginning November 2014. However, we have postponed implementation of these storage charges until July 2015, which coincides with the start of our fiscal year.

This delay will enable ITS to make enhancements to its billing processes. Additionally, this delay will provide programs with time to manage their storage utilization and prepare for these charges. ITS will provide more details on storage utilization billing changes in spring 2015.

Notepad ++ Application Now Available in MyResearch December 12, 2014

The ITS Academic Research Systems Team is pleased to announce the availability of the Notepad ++  application version 6.6.9  in the MyResearch View environment.  

Notepad ++ is an excellent source code editor and Notepad replacement application.
